Product details
Matrix gel is a basement membrane matrix extracted from EHS (Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm) mouse tumors rich in extracellular matrix proteins. Its main component is laminin, and it also contains type IV collagen, heparin sulfate glycoprotein, nestin, various growth factors, tissue plasminogen activators and trace amounts of matrix metalloproteinases. The full range of products are free of lactic dehydrogenase elevating viruses or other viruses of mouse and tumor origin. At room temperature, the matrix glue can rapidly polymerize into biologically active three-dimensional (3D) culture matrix, which simulates the structure, composition, physical properties and functions of the basal membrane of cells in vivo, and can promote the attachment, maintenance, growth and differentiation of different cells such as vascular endothelial cells, epithelial cells, hepatocytes, neurons, melanoma cells, thyroid cells and hair follicle cells. It can be used to study cell morphology, biochemical function, migration, invasion and gene expression.
- The pre-coated substrate layer saves time and expense in experiment preparation
- Batch to batch stability ensures repeatability of experimental results.
- Provides a variety of ready-to-use coated products to meet customers’ different experimental needs
- Each packaging bag is printed with the batch number, easy to trace the quality
- Irradiation sterilization, SAL10-6, DNase/RNase free, pyrogen free
