Product details
SBS cryogenic tubes are low-temperature storage containers specially designed for automated high-throughput sample management. Manufactured in strict compliance with SBS standard dimensions, they are compatible with most automated sample processing platforms and cryoracks, serving as core consumables for bio-banks, drug R&D and clinical testing.
Feature
- Manufactured in a 100,000-class cleanroom from medical-grade polypropylene, compliant with USP Class VI standards.
- Sterilized by gamma irradiation with a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6.
- Free of DNase/RNase/human DNA; endotoxin level < 0.005 EU/mL.
- Temperature resistance: -196℃(Vapor phase liquid nitrogen) to 121℃.
- All three codes on the vial are laser-etched for firm adhesion, abrasion resistance and easy reading.
- 2D: QR code on bottom, readable without removing tubes from racks.
- 3D: QR code on bottom, 1D barcode and human-readable code on the side.
- RFID: Short for Radio Frequency Identification, a wireless data communication technology.
- The RFID chip at the bottom enables contactless identification and data communication with readers.
- The transparent tubeallows clear visual inspection. The coding area and transparent section are integrally formed via two-color injection co-molding technique, delivering a complete and smooth structure.
- Gasket-free design with a precisely fitted cap. Recessed top on the cap is compatible with automated decapping devices. An over-torque prevention structure avoids damage from excessive twisting by automatic decappers.
