Coverslip means that the glass slides are immersed in cell culture medium and the cells grow on the glass slides. It is mainly used for histology, immunohistochemistry, frozen section, cell smear, in situ hybridization, etc. Cell cover slides fit perfectly into standard multi-space and cell culture plates.

  • The surface has been treated with TC, and can be used on both sides.
  • High-strength acid and alkali resistant, and will not be broken when soaked in diff erent reagents.
  • Easy to use, just open the package and put the cover slide in the culture plate, drop the cell suspension onto the slide to culture.
  • The thickness of the slide is 0.15mm, and the diameter is 14mm/18mm/20mm/25mm.
  • Applicable to 24-well cell culture plate/12-well cell culture plate/6-well cell respectively culture plate.

In addition, the surface of the slide has a cationic charge, which can adsorb the frozen section tissue or cell by electrostatic action, so that it can adhere to the slide, and then form a covalent bond between the glass and the section tissue, so that no adhesive or protein coating is required to adhere firmly to the section or cell.
