Integrated 96-well Micro-Filter Plates, 600 μL, hydrophobic PTFE, 0.22μm

All our microplate filters and collection plates fully comply with ANSI/SBS international standards in terms of dimensions and structural design. They can be seamlessly integrated with mainstream automated liquid handling systems and high-throughput workstations on the market, meeting the needs of automated experimental operations.

The whole series of products has high centrifugal stability, and can withstand the centrifugal force of 3000–4000×g without deformation or failure, which is suitable for centrifugation-assisted filtration and sample collection processes.

0.22μm is suitable for sterile filtration of samples and removal of microorganisms; 0.45μm is for conventional sample clarification and particulate matter removal; 5/20/50μm is for large particle impurity filtration such as lysate and bacterial liquid, which is applicable to plasmid extraction and protein purification.

All polypropylene (PP) collection plates support high-pressure steam sterilization, with the standard parameters of 121℃ for 20 minutes. The sterile collection plate models are individually sealed and packaged, which can be used directly without secondary sterilization.

DVfree design is an exclusive no-dead-volume structural optimization for micro-volume sample processing. It can minimize the residual sample in the plate body, realize the sample recovery rate close to 100%, and is especially suitable for the high-throughput processing of precious micro-volume samples (400 μL/600 μL).

Short outlet tips: the tip end is recessed under the plate skirt, suitable for filtrate collection and retentate retention; Long outlet tips: the tip end extends out of the plate skirt, which can be directly inserted into the well of the receiving plate, suitable for direct and rapid filtrate collection and avoiding sample splashing.

Our microplate filters are designed as disposable laboratory consumables, which can avoid cross-contamination caused by repeated cleaning and ensure the accuracy of experimental results. Reuse is not recommended, especially for nucleic acid purification, clinical testing and other high-purity requirement experiments.

The whole series of products have excellent chemical compatibility, and are compatible with most common biochemical reagents such as water, buffer solution, alcohol, DMSO, organic solvents (low concentration) and nucleic acid/protein extraction reagents; for strong corrosive reagents, please contact our technical support for confirmation.

We have customized collection plates for all filter plate models, which are matched according to the number of wells and volume (e.g., 24-well filter plate with 24-well 10mL collection plate, 96-well 300μL filter plate with 96-well 0.4/1.0mL collection plate). Both types adopt individual well independent sealing design to effectively avoid cross-contamination. The non-removable filter plate has a more integrated structure (the guide plate and the filter plate are welded tightly), and the sealing stability is higher in high-throughput and automated operations; the removable one is more flexible for experimental scenarios that need to observe the membrane structure.
