Product details
Through surface carboxylation modification, the hydrophilicity of polystyrene (PS) materials is significantly enhanced, thereby facilitating the adhesion and spreading of adherent cells.
In contrast to traditional tissue culture (TC) treatments, carboxyl treatment forms chemical bonds, offering a more durable effect. This makes it particularly suitable for cell types with high adhesion requirements, such as primary cells and stem cells, which are often challenging to culture. Additionally, carboxyl treatment is more gentle on sensitive cells, like neurons.
For sophisticated experimental scenarios, including drug screening, cell migration or invasion assays, and other tests that demand stable cell adhesion, the carboxylated surface can support the growth of cells in serum-free media.
- Made of high-transparency polystyrene (PS) material, it is highly suitable for cell culture
- The surface is grafted with carboxyl groups by plasma, resulting in more uniform hydrophilicity and charge distribution
- Batch to batch stability ensures repeatability of experimental results.
- Each packaging bag is printed with the batch number, easy to trace the quality
- Irradiation sterilization, SAL10-9, DNase/RNase free, pyrogen free
